Where are the homes located?

Our apartments are currently located in Marbella town, although we are developing new apartments in San Pedro Alcántara and Nueva Andalucía.

What is the minimum stay in Coliving Marbella?​

Our minimum stay is for three months, although you can apply for up to 12 months. However, you could extend your stay to longer than 12 months.​

How much are our fees?​

There is no fee added. You will pay just for your stay.

​

What does Coliving Marbella include?​

All expenses are included in your rent, from electricity consumption to cleaning services. Our houses are fully equipped and are ready for you to move in. You only will need to carry on your personal belongings.

To whom will I share the space?​

Our Builder Community are very careful about the colivers selection process. Colivers must be between 23 and 39 years old, active professionals or PhD students and fully committed to our house rules. You can apply for a unisex house if you feel more comfortable.

Can I receive visits?​

Yes, you can receive visits and guests to the apartment. You should always notify your roommates in advance and ensure compliance with the house rules. The coliver receiving visits will be responsible for their guests.

Can I share a room with other people?​

To ensure the correct functioning of the house and to guarantee the proper ambient it is not allowed to share rooms.

Are pets allowed?​

We are very sorry but we cannot accept pets of any kind to ensure the well-being of all colivers.
